1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering as a member of the Shooting Association of Maldives (SAM), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not register.

2. Membership Eligibility

Membership is open to all Maldivian citizens and residents aged 12 years and above. Members under the age of 18 must provide guardian information and have parental/guardian consent.

3. Code of Conduct

All members must:

• Adhere to the rules and regulations of SAM and any affiliated international bodies.
• Conduct themselves with respect and sportsmanship at all times.
• Comply with all safety regulations when handling firearms and equipment.
• Not engage in any form of discrimination, harassment, or misconduct.

4. Safety

Members must follow all safety guidelines set by SAM. Violations of safety rules may result in immediate suspension or expulsion from the association.

5. Privacy

SAM collects personal information for membership management purposes only. Your data will not be shared with third parties without your consent, except as required by law.

6. Liability

SAM shall not be liable for any injury, loss, or damage arising from participation in any event or activity organized by or affiliated with the association, provided that all reasonable safety precautions were in place.

7. Amendments

SAM reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Members will be notified of significant changes.
